Within 3 working days of receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive an update email with the order dispatched status, along with a tracking number.
Of course! As long as your order isn’t already in production, we will accept the design and correct the order. Please just email the new design to info@strumace.com as soon as possible.
If you want to cancel an order, please let us know right away! If we have started production on your order, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
All our mousepads use a micro-woven cloth for ultimate glide and precision, with a rubber base that has a grip texture to prevent movement. We want our customer to have the best experience, every day we are working to innovate and improve so these materials may change in the future.
We are always trying to give our customers the best experience, so we have carefully done research to handpick the most popular sizes and colours. However, if you feel like we need to add more options please email us at info@strumace.com. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy!
Luckily for you when your mousepad is dirty you don’t have to worry about having to replace it. Just wash your mousepad by hand with soap or with detergent in a washing machine on low heat and leave it to dry in fresh air. Your mousepad will be brought back to life in no time!
Currently our in-house production is based in the UK. In the future, we will have offices in Europe and America to reduce shipping rates and costs to all our customers worldwide.
As a disclaimer any design you upload, you are agreeing to having the rights to use this image. We are happy to print any design you submit as long as you understand you are under full responsibility.

Production normally takes up to 1-3 days. Orders in the UK and Ireland usually arrive within 3 working days once dispatched. For worldwide destinations, please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch for your order to arrive.
Don’t worry! Just send an email to info@strumace.com. we will work with you to figure out why you have not received the order and then come up with a solution. If your order gets lost, we will send a replacement as soon as possible, at no extra cost.
If your product is faulty, please drop us an email at info@strumace.com. In the email provide your order number, name and address with images of the packaging and product. All returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will use the image to compare then with our own to decide how we handle the situation.
You have 14 days from the date the item is received, after the 14 days we cannot take any responsibility for damages caused to the item.
Unfortunately, we do not provide returns and exchanges on sale items due to the price already being reduced.
